March can be a tricky month—sunny days remind you that spring is just around the corner, while cold days remind you that winter is still around. For our students in Oxford, midterms are creeping up. No matter what your reasoning, we believe that this Parks and Rec advice is for you: Treat yo’self!
Luckily, Oxford has plenty of ways to relax and rejuvenate. Here are some of our favorites!
If you need to quiet down, Root Yoga is the place for you. Root Yoga is all about rooting down and living mindfully. They offer classes for every level, so you are sure to find one for you. What a great way to unwind!
If yoga isn’t for you, but you still want to get some endorphins, head to the Miami University Rec Center or Goggin Ice Center. Here, you can de-stress with exercise, classes or ice skating. Maybe even try the rock climbing wall for something new!
Keep on treating yourself and head to Luna Blu or Bowtie Barber Club for some royal treatment. Bowtie Barber Club offers a classic feel with premium services. Even enjoy a root beer on tap! Luna Blu offers numerous services, including massages, facials and nail services. Relax while you enjoy any (or all) of the above!
