Hike-A-Thon

In Oxford, Ohio the Hike-a-thon signals an official goodbye to summer and an enthusiastic hello to autumn. Time to enjoy the beautiful weather, and celebrate the progress of Oxford’s and Miami’s Trail systems! This event is fun for all ages, pet friendly (with a leash), and wheelchair accessible.

9am to 2:30pm at the DeWitt Cabin Trailhead

There will be lots of fun routes ranging in distances such as 1, 3, and 5 miles long. These will also be on paved, and unpaved surfaces. Stop by the trailhead to learn and explore with community partners. Come enjoy the beautiful sounds and sights of Oxford’s nature with all of your friends and family! T-shirts and pins will be available, while supplies last.

Hike the new trail to Leonard Howell Park and have lunch from Deez Tacos and ice cream from Duebbie Queen between 11am-1pm.
