Apple Butter Festival | Oct. 5-6th, 2024
Visit the 59th annual Apple Butter Festival by the Oxford Museum Association at the Hueston Woods Doty Pioneer Farm. Watch volunteers make apple butter on the farm, enjoy live music and food, and of course… sample a tasting of apple butter and purchase a jar to take home! Check our blog for more event info.
Oxford Farm & Flea | Nov. 23rd, 2024

The City of Oxford and the Oxford Farmer’s Market are returning for the 2nd annual Farm & Flea! Enjoy live music while you shop with local artisans, farmers, businesses, and more in the heart of Uptown, Oxford. (Main Street will be closed)
Historic Walking Tour of Oxford Cemetery | Oct. 12th, 19th, & 26th, 2024
This 60-minute tour will begin at 11:00 am to discuss historic members of the Oxford and Miami University community. Please wear shoes comfortable for walking. Parking is available at the Peffer Park lot, walk to the cemetery from the lot. Register for the tour!
Spooky Fun
Trick-or-Treat OPRD Style & Lion’s Club Halloween Parade | Oct. 24th, 2024
Visit Uptown to grab a trick or treat from businesses and organizations from 4:30-6:30pm. Don’t forget Fiddo! Have fun making a costume with your pet and enter the Pet Costume Contest. Then join show off your costumes in the Lion’s Club Halloween Parade starting at 6:30 pm. Get dressed up as a group, duo, or solo walk on the bricks Uptown! Fright Night: Double Feature | Oct. 25th, 2024

Howl at the Moon | Oct. 29th, 2024
Join the family at the Oxford Community Arts Center for Howl-at-the-Moon, featuring a variety of fun games and activities! Kids can create their own masks, get their faces painted, and participate in the Eyeball Race and Pumpkin Chunkin’. For the adventurous, there’s a Haunted Maze to explore. Don’t miss the special trick-or-treat starting at 5:00 PM for the little ghouls.
Neighborhood Trick-or-Treat | Oct. 31st, 2024
We’re not kidding when we say Oxford’s neighborhood trick-or-treat is the best! The fall leaves combined with mature trees, provide all of the Halloween Trick-or-Treating vibes. Take your wee ghouls and goblins to your favorite streets to haunt and enjoy the scenic spooky vibes starting from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
OPRD Pumpkin Catapult | Nov. 1st, 2024
Once Halloween is over, the fun doesn’t stop there. On November 1st, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, bring your pumpkins to the TRI Community Center to launch at Oxford Parks and Recreation’s Pumpkin Catapult! While you’re there, enjoy food trucks and watch your squash…well… squash!
